Extremely hard

In an annoying way.. I do _NOT_ know if it is supposed to be like that .. Anyhow, start off by fixing the movement, it's not really "fun-challenging" but rather "annoying-challenging" the way it is now .. Also, less repetitive music could work well.

Has potential but is totally ruined by horrible character control.

Memories..

I remember this game very well from 2004, I always rewinded it just to hear Klaus Badelt's He's A Pirate, since I didn't own the song myself (I do now). As for the game itself, it has a good concept but it could be developed a lot further.

The interface is pretty bad, just a low quality map, it could easily be replaced with different scenes with buttons for every 'action' that you do.

The game was also, despite you calling it extremely hard, very easy. I hardly needed to learn what most of the different things you could do actually did before I won.

Make it harder, develop the graphical features and interfaces.

Interesting style

I like the style of this game and I think that the gameplay is simple and smooth. The lack of a set amount of 'lives', 'ammo', 'HP' and stuff like that is I if you ask me just a good thing.

The only downsides would be that it was a bit too simple and the boss music didn't really seem fitting to me.

Otherwise, great job! Keep it up.

it's actually pretty easy

If you know which stuff to buy. First buy the G36. Then save up to buy overkill. Then buy the CZ 97b. After that you should buy all the other powerups OR get the FN SCAR. After you get the FN SCAR and all powerups it's a massacre for the zombies.

you're probably not going to read this review

and even if you did, you probably wouldn't do this. But I think you should put a save feature in. Because it's really quite pointless to have to go through 50 questions that you've already answered and have memorized once you die. You could put in checkpoints or you could just give the player the option to save whenever he or she so desires so that when he dies he could just go back to that question. But of course you would start out with the number of lives and skips you had when you saved, and not the starting amount.

Splapp-me-do responds:

Oh yes I will read it! I read them all!

And I think adding a save feature would defeat the object of it being impossible. For the sequel, i'm thinking of adding ONE checkpoint halfway through... but that'd be it! :p

needs more features

First of all MULTIPLAYER! It's such a simpel game I think it would be great for multiplayer, much like Artillery live. Also, I think you should have another game mode where you play different levels and can upgrade things about your tank like the rate of fire, the spped of the projectiles, and different weapons. Because I didn't like how you couldn't choose how your tank upgraded. Still a really fun game, perhaps a bit too easy though.

So frustrating

I can tell you worked really hard on this game, all the guns, gametypes, and graphics. But the game is just so frustrating to me. Mainly the fact that there's virtually no friction with the ground whatsoever. I'm just trying to get some coins to buy some of those really cool guns but everytime a CP blows up in Gauntlet I'm sent flying halfway across the map.

All it needs

is a button to toggle that music off. Yeah it's a catchy song, but some people do like to listen to thier own music while using the computer. In fact I think that the admins should add a basic sound control to the flash window. God that would be so great. Animators wouldn't have to put it on their flash, viewers could pick how loud they wanted the flash. Anyway, good game. Sorry for rambling on there heh.

really original

Did you switch my arrow keys or something? Jesus that's cool. It would be awesome if they made this game on one of those video helmet things. That would be pretty freakin trippy.

so funny

Aww man I've only tryed a few of the sounds and it's just so funny. It also doesn't have that ultra cheap and simple look that a lot of other soundboards have.

M-m-M responds:

Yeah, it's still kind of a cheesy look but I tried. Plus I made all the clip QUALITY, lots of sounboards lack that.

Thanks for the review!

Too school for cool since 2004.
